The Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Employee Creativity and Innovation Through Risk-Taking

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on employee creativity and innovation. In today’s competitive and dynamic environment, businesses must focus on survival and achieving a competitive advantage. This requires entrepreneurial leaders who guide employees to foster creativity and innovation, thereby enhancing organizational dynamism and growth. The study adopts a descriptive-survey approach, utilizing random sampling and four questionnaires to collect data. The statistical population comprises permanent and contractual employees of Aftab Oil Refining Company, with a sample size of 148 determined by Cochran's formula.  Also, statistical methods such as linear regression were used to analyze the data. The results indicate that entrepreneurial leadership positively affects both creativity and innovation among employees.
